Where We Ship

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Damages and Issues

However, in events outside the control of our business, such as weather-related damage or improper delivery conditions, we reserve the right to deny return claims or refer the customer to file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. International Shipping
